  • The website https://www.iritdigmi.com ("the site") is operated by the Earring_Company of Irit Digmi ("Irit Digmi's Earrings" or "the Company") and also serves as a sales site for the purchase of earrings and assorted products of Irit Digmi ("The Product").

  • This document is in the masculine form only for convenience and the regulations apply to both sexes equally.

  • Purchase through the website is subject to the terms set forth in these Terms and Conditions.

  • Purchasing a product on the site will constitute a statement by the customer that he has read, understood and agreed to the terms of these Terms and Conditions. The bylaws constitute a binding contract between you and the Company.

Returns and cancellations

  • A transaction can be canceled by phone or e-mail to the Company's customer service.

Cancellation of the transaction will only take effect after receipt of a fax or e-mail from the Company approving the cancellation request.

If the cancellation is approved - the product must be returned to the Company by registered mail within 24 hours of receipt of the shipment. All costs involved in returning the product shall apply to the customer.

The product will be returned in its original packaging with the original invoice and within no more than 15 days since the product was purchased.

Refund will be made within 24 hours of receiving the returned shipment, minus the shipping fee.

The money will be refunded in the way the payment was made.
